Openness regarding the content of our products has always been natural to us. Maybe you have noticed that we always write "Nothing else" at the end of our lists of ingredients. Or maybe you have wondered why?

Earlier, a complete list of ingredients was not statutory. Actually, legislation made it possible for food manufacturers to not inform of ingredients that constituted less than 25 % of a product. However, at Urtekram, we have always been advocates of giving the consumers full insight, and from this came the concept "Nothing else".

One of the basic principles of Urtekram is that the consumers should be able to trust our products. We know what our products contain, down to the last detail, and we place severe demands on our suppliers. This means that we have always been proud of being able to give complete information. The thing is, we have nothing to hide and we think it is completely natural for the consumers to know what the products on the shelves contain. Therefore, it is also positive that the current legislation protects the consumers much better, and that all companies are subject to demands of a complete list of ingredients.

Even though a complete list of ingredients is now a legal requirement, you will still see "Nothing else" on all our products. Because, we want to emphasise the fact that we have always gone that extra mile to promote transparency.
